About Registration Team
The Registration Team plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for all who visit our church. We provide a friendly and efficient welcome, ensuring a smooth registration process for events, groups, and worship services.
Available Positions:
- Greeters: Warmly welcome newcomers and returning members, answer basic questions, and direct them to the appropriate area.
- Registration Desk Volunteers: Process registrations for events and groups,collect information accurately, and handle payments efficiently.
- Data Entry Specialists: Ensure accurate and timely entry of registration data into church management systems.
- Tech Support: assist with technological issues encountered during registration processes.
- Team Leaders: Provide leadership and training to team members, oversee operations, and ensure a positive volunteer experience.

Commitment:
We have 2 event options. Monthly registrations for Prayer Line (on Saturday's) & 3-4 big conference events throughout the year. We ask for a commitment of 5 times a year to ensure consistency and team cohesion. Training will be provided for all roles.
